Founder and owner, Jay Ballard has been involved with local church media ministry for over 30 years. He has served as Media Director in large Southern Baptist Churches since 1997. After a severe medical crisis with an extended hospital stay and recovery, the Lord began to move Jay’s calling in a new direction. With a heart for the local church, it is Waveworks desire to “minister to those who minister”.
